We called the company for help with a leaking kitchen faucet and installment of the garbage disposal. Dalton Andrepont arrived in the morning the day after Thanksgiving. He made the repairs within the hour and solved our leaks. It works just like new and we couldn’t ask for better results. We highly recommend Reliable Plumbing.

First our toilet broke and then our water heater quit working a couple of days later! Joseph Charleville replaced our toilet and Levi Michelli replaced our water heater. Both were excellent. Both were on time and completed their work quickly. The price for all of the work done was reasonable. I highly recommend Reliable Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Had 2 water heaters replaced. They were prompt, professional, very polite, and most importantly did excellent work. Both heaters replaced, everything cleaned up and hauled off in under 3 hours. Price was competitive. Will definitely call them for any plumbing needs.

The people at Reliable Plumbing are friendly and professional. The job was to remove tub water spout and replace with a hand-held shower attachment. They were punctual for arrival. A great job was done by the guys from Reliable Plumbing. The installation looks and works great, and they completed the job in a short amount of time. Scheduling is quick and easy. I contacted Reliable Plumbing on Sunday due to an emergency with a main sewer line blockage, as water was overflowing from the toilet and backing up into my bathtub. They sent out a technician, but he explained he didn't have the right tools to fix the issue. He mentioned he had spoken with his supervisor, and they would send someone out in the morning. The next morning, Jason Henderson arrived. He began assessing the problem and told me he knew what was wrong after conducting a video pipe inspection. He estimated it would take about two hours to fix. Mr. Henderson worked diligently without a break until the problem was resolved. He was very courteous, kept me updated throughout the process, and I would recommend him to family and friends because he was knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his work.

I had a great experience with Reliable Plumbing. They were able to provide same-day service, which honestly surprised me since my job wasn’t an emergency — but it was very much appreciated. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He carefully investigated multiple areas, found the problem, and resolved it efficiently and professionally. I was impressed by his diligence and by Reliable Plumbing’s responsiveness overall. I had checked their reviews online beforehand, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. They handled the problem quickly, allowing our business to stay on track without interruption.
